Nirvana is an unpeated Indian single malt from Paul John, made in Goa and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. Its colour is an intense copper.
The nose is sweet and bourbon-like, with honeycomb, fruit cake and a hint of caramel pudding. On the palate, soft honey comes with a touch of salty barley and a sweet honeycomb flavour. The finish is very long, rich in honey, barley and vanilla.
