An unpeated single malt from the Paul John distillery in Goa, India, bottled at 40% ABV in a 20cl bottle. It was developed as a gentle introduction to Indian single malt.
The nose is fresh, with honey, vanilla and ripe tropical fruit, alongside biscuit, barley and light spice. The palate is soft and creamy, with vanilla, honey, caramel and ripe mango, and a balance of oak and gentle spice. The finish is of medium length and smooth, with vanilla, fruit, light spice and a soft touch of wood.
