Paul John Oloroso Sherry is an Indian single malt from the distillery's Select Cask series, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle.
It was finished in Oloroso sherry casks, understood to be for two years after five years in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks.
The nose brings peach, apricot and blood orange with light caramel. The palate is soft and sweet, with nutty chocolate and Melton Hunt fruit cake. The finish is intense and sweet, with spices, coffee mocha and dark chocolate.
