Paul John Peated (70cl, 55.5%)

Paul John Peated is a single malt from the Paul John distillery in Goa, India, made solely from peated barley. It is bottled at a cask strength of 55.5% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The nose brings peat smoke, honey and vanilla with citrus, ripe tropical fruit, cocoa and soft spice. On the palate there is smoke, caramel and vanilla, followed by ripe mango, orange and warm spice. The finish is long and warming, with soft smoke, oak, vanilla, pepper and a subtle saltiness.
