This is a single malt from the Paul John distillery in Goa, India, matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is not chill-filtered and has natural colour.
The nose is of raisins, figs and dates, with dark chocolate, vanilla, honey and warm spices. The palate is full and silky, with dried fruit, caramel, dark chocolate and toffee, then cinnamon, clove and toasted oak. The finish is long and warming, with raisins, cocoa, vanilla, spice and a touch of wood.
