Peaky Blinder is a blended Irish whiskey from Sadler's, inspired by the Peaky Blinders of the early 1900s. It is triple distilled and matured in bourbon casks. The nose is light vanilla and soft spices. The palate is creamy toffee with subtle oak and a warm spiciness, and the finish is smooth and slightly sweet.
