Pearse Founders Choice is a 12 year old Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, from Pearse Lyons Distillery.
The distillery opened in 2017. Its 5 year old single malt was the first whiskey made by a new distillery in Ireland in more than 25 years, and in 2019 it began making single pot still whiskey. It continues to bring out new releases and barrelling programmes.
