Peerless High Rye Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon from Kentucky Peerless Distilling Company, in a 75cl bottle.
It is made with a higher-rye recipe and a sweet-mash process, and is bottled at barrel proof without chill filtration.
The nose offers seasoned oak, leather and citrus, with darker fruit and cedar. On the palate come candied oak, toasted sugar and charred orange alongside a fresh tea note. Sweet, earthy flavours carry into the finish.
