Pendleton Canadian Whisky (75cl)

Pendleton Canadian Whisky is a blended whisky made as a tribute to the Pendleton Round-Up rodeo. Alberta Distillers Limited distils it and ages it in Canada, using northern grains. The whisky is then taken to Hood River, Oregon, where it is cut to proof with glacier-fed spring water from Mount Hood. It is a light-golden whisky with a light-to-medium body. The nose is sweet, with vanilla, clover honey, butterscotch and a hint of cinnamon. Caramel and honey lead the palate, alongside baked apple, pear and a little rye bread. The finish is short to medium and clean, with light oak and sweet corn.
