Penelope Black Walnut Old Fashioned (75cl, 38%)

Penelope Black Walnut Old Fashioned is a ready-to-pour bottled cocktail in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 38% ABV. It is made from straight bourbon and rye whiskey, black walnut bitters and vanilla demerara, as a modern take on the classic Old Fashioned. The nose is warm, with vanilla, maple, allspice and cocoa. On the palate, fresh brown sugar leads to a little allspice, cinnamon and lingering vanilla. The finish is velvety, with toffee, hints of nut and lasting caramel.
