Penfolds Grange 2020 is a Shiraz from South Australia, in a 75cl bottle. It is made from fully ripe, intensely flavoured and structured shiraz grapes, drawn from Penfolds' multi-vineyard, multi-district blending approach.
Grange has an unbroken line of vintages from the experimental 1951 and is officially listed as a Heritage Icon of South Australia.
The 2020 season followed a second successive dry winter, with delayed flowering, September frosts in the Clare and Barossa Valleys, and an intense heatwave at the start of summer before cooler weather arrived in January and February.
