Perlino Filipetti Prosecco Extra Dry

Filipetti is a Prosecco from the house of Perlino, made solely from the Glera grape and labelled Extra Dry. It is pale straw yellow in the glass, with fine, delicate bubbles. On the palate it is round and gently fresh, with aromas of green apple, pear and wild spring flowers. It works as an aperitif, with charcuterie and antipasti, fish and shellfish, pasta or risotto. It can be served well chilled on its own or in a cocktail.
