The nose is sweet, with caramelised sugar and dried fruit alongside vanilla and light oak spice. On the palate, toffee and vanilla develop with dried fruit, gentle oak and a touch of cinnamon. The finish is warm and lightly sweet, with lingering toffee, vanilla, dried fruit and subtle spice.
