Pignoletto Emilia-Romagna DOC Frizzante Biologico Secco - Righi

An organic, dry, frizzante wine from Righi in Emilia-Romagna. It is pale straw yellow with light bubbles and a fine perlage. The nose is delicate, with white flowers, green apple, citrus and subtle herb notes. The palate is fresh and dry, with lively acidity, a slender structure and a savoury feel, ending clean with moderate persistence. It suits aperitifs, light starters, shellfish, summer salads, grilled vegetables, fresh cheeses and delicate fish dishes. Serve well chilled, around 8-10 C, in a not too wide glass, and drink young.
