A Pinot Bianco from Alto Adige by Ritterhof, with a pale straw-yellow colour and aromas of renetta apple, ripe pear, citrus and a floral hint.
On the palate it is slender but well defined, with balanced softness, lively acidity, a mineral texture and a slight almond note that rounds the finish. It is versatile with delicate seafood, creamy risottos, light white meats and soft cheeses.
Serve around 8-10°C and enjoy young.
