A white wine from Cantina Bozen under the Alto Adige DOC. It has a pale straw colour and a discreet bouquet of green apple, ripe pear, white flowers and light citrus notes. The palate is fresh, with lively acidity, medium body and a savoury line that keeps it easy to drink. The finish is clean and of moderate persistence. It suits light fish dishes, salads, vegetable antipasti and fresh cheeses, and is best served cool, around 8-10 °C.
