A Pinot Nero from Alto Adige with an elegant, measured profile. In the glass it is clear, light ruby with garnet reflections. The nose shows ripe cherry, raspberry and a subtle floral note reminiscent of rose, with a hint of spice and earth that does not dominate. The palate is marked by nervous freshness and lively acidity, with fine, polished tannins supporting the fruit without weighing it down. The persistence is pleasant, leaving a slightly savoury trail. It pairs with roasted white meats, mushrooms, Alpine dishes and semi-aged cheeses, and is best served around 16-18 °C.
