A Pinot Nero Riserva from Ritterhof, presented in a wooden case. The nose opens with ripe red fruits, cherry and raspberry, floral notes and a subtle earthy base. The palate is enveloping and smooth, with polished tannins, medium body and savouriness that supports persistence. It suits red meats that are not too fatty, mushroom dishes and medium-aged cheeses, served around 16-18 °C.
