Pisco Mistral Nobel Reservado is an oak-aged Chilean pisco from the Mistral distillery in Pisco Elqui, in the Elqui Valley. It is made from Muscatel of Alexandria and Pedro Jiménez grapes.
The pisco is aged for one to three years in medium-toast American oak barrels, a longer maturation that gives a softer, more integrated character than younger expressions. It is bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle.
The distillery occupies a revamped century-old country house in the village where pisco was first distilled in Chile, at the turn of the 17th century.
