A single cask rum from West Indies Rum Distillery, bottled at 50.9% ABV in a 700 ml bottle. Made from molasses, it was aged one year in American bourbon casks, four years in Ferrand casks and five years in Arran whisky casks, with zero dosage.
The nose brings freshly ground nuts, caramel, subtle mango, cinnamon and vanilla. The palate has candy-like sweetness with light fruit notes, malt and grain.
