A Barbados rum from the West Indies Rum Distillery, distilled in 2019 from molasses and aged for six months in an Amburana cask. It is bottled at 48% in a 700 ml bottle, with ester 29 vc 82 and dosage 10.
The nose is spicy, with sweet pastry, cinnamon, coffee, vanilla, roasted coconut, banana, pepper, orange peel and honeysuckle. The palate is nutty, with nutmeg, almonds and milk chocolate. The finish is long, with mango, sesame oil and hazelnuts.
