A single cask rum from Jamaica, distilled in 1998 at Long Pond Distillery and bottled in 2021. It is made from molasses, fermented for one week, distilled on a Blair column still and aged for 20 years in American bourbon casks. It then spent two years in Ferrand casks and ten months in Bardstown Fusion Series bourbon casks. The nose shows complex aromas of roasted almonds, hops, malt, rum pot and dark berries. The palate closely mirrors the nose.
