A single cask rum from the Long Pond distillery in Jamaica, distilled in 1998. It was fermented for one week from molasses and distilled in a Blair column still. It aged for twenty years in American bourbon casks, then two years in Ferrand casks and ten months in Bardstown Fusion Series bourbon casks. Dosage is 0 g/l. The nose shows complex aromas of roasted almonds, hops, malt, rum pot and dark berries, with the palate closely matching the nose.
