A Jamaican rum from the Clarendon distillery, distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2019, with an Arran whisky cask finish. It is bottled at 46.7% vol. in a 70cl bottle.
Plantation single cask rums are double-aged: first in former bourbon casks in a tropical climate, then in former Ferrand casks of French oak in south-west France. Alexandre Gabriel selects the finishing casks, which previously held wine, another spirit or beer, to highlight each rum's character.
