A single cask rum from the Long Pond distillery in Jamaica, distilled in 2009 and bottled as a Plantation single cask edition.
It is double matured: first in former Bourbon casks in a tropical climate, then finished in former Ferrand casks of French oak in south-west France. Alexandre Gabriel selects the finishing casks, and the edition is limited.
The cask details include esters 126, VC 360 and dosage 0.
