A single cask rum from the Clarendon distillery in Jamaica, distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2023. It is made from molasses and matured in American bourbon casks before finishing in Ferrand casks and Calvados casks. This cask is exclusive to Rumpiraten.
The nose shows light Jamaican rum notes with bright tropical fruit and cooked apple, along with lime zest, pear juice, pineapple, star fruit, cooked banana, jasmine and vanilla. The palate follows with Calvados aromas, fresh and oily, with herbal notes, tropical fruit and lacquer.
