A single cask rum blended from molasses-based rums distilled in pot and column stills, with origins in Cuba, Fiji, Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, Trinidad, Panama, Haiti, St. Lucia, Reunion and Nicaragua. It is double matured: first for several years in American bourbon casks in the country of origin, then for several years in Ferrand casks, with a final 8 months in Pineau des Charentes Blanc casks.
The nose has dried exotic fruit, overripe pineapple and pleasant smoky notes. The palate is fruity and sweet, reminiscent of canned pineapple, with vanilla and candied fruit. The outturn is 3 casks.
