A single cask aged rum from Barbados, produced from molasses in the English style with a long fermentation and traditional pot still distillation. It was aged in bourbon casks and finished in an Amarone cask. The nose is fruity and elegant, with raisins, fig, pear, black cherry and banana. The palate is complex, with chocolate and black pepper, and the finish is long, with butterscotch and cream.
