An aged rum from Jamaica, distilled from molasses in a Vendôme pot still at Clarendon Distillery after one week of fermentation. It spent three years in American bourbon casks, four years in Ferrand casks and ten months in Duvel Barrel Aged Beer casks. Duvel is a well-known strong Belgian beer, top-fermented and pale, with silky carbonation and pronounced bitterness. It is a Plantation single cask rum, one of the limited double-matured editions.
