A 12-year-old blended rum made from molasses, with components from Trinidad, Panama, Barbados, Australia, Jamaica, Fiji and Guyana. It was fermented for two days to one week, distilled in pot and column stills, and matured for several years in bourbon barrels and Ferrand casks before a finish of 1.5 years in Moscatel wine casks. Dosage is 15g.
Nose: herbal with a trace of lovage. Palate: nuts, coffee, chocolate and dark berries.
