Planteray Pineapple Stiggins' Fancy Original Dark Rum (40%)

A Caribbean-style dark rum built on a molasses base, matured to develop caramel, toffee and spice characters. Real sun-ripened pineapple infusion gives vibrant citrus and tropical fruit notes without artificial sweetness. The spirit combines a classic dark-rum backbone of rich sugars, oak and molasses with pineapple brightness and subtle spices. It is bottled at 40% ABV. The nose shows ripe pineapple and golden raisin with vanilla bean, toasted oak, brown sugar and warm baking spice. The palate brings juicy pineapple and candied citrus alongside caramel, toffee, clove, cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish is medium-long with lingering tropical fruit and spice, soft vanilla and faint oak tannins.
