A single cask rum from Long Pond Distillery in Jamaica, made from molasses and distilled in a pot still after one week of fermentation. It matured for six months in bourbon barrels in its country of origin, then for five years and ten months in Ferrand casks and eight months in Kentucky bourbon casks. This is cask number 11 with a dosage of 0 g.
The nose shows fruity-spicy aromas of pipe tobacco and ripe pineapple. On the palate the tobacco returns, along with dried pineapple and other fruits.
