A 12-year-old aged rum from Mauritius, distilled in 2014 from molasses. It spent eight years in bourbon casks and four years in Ferrand casks.
The nose brings caramel, vanilla, tropical fruits, lemon zest, passion fruit, ripe banana, coconut, nutmeg and sweet tobacco. The palate shows dried fruits, guava, floral touches and rose petals, with a long finish of black tea, cracked pepper and candied orange peel.
