This is an American straight corn whisky from Platte Valley, made entirely from corn and matured in oak casks for at least three years. It comes in a 70cl ceramic bottle at 40% ABV.
It is bottled without chill filtration or added colouring.
The nose is fresh corn with sweet grain and a touch of vanilla. The palate is velvety and full, with a clear sweetness and light spice, leading to a mild, lingering finish with gentle warmth and a soft grain note.
