Port Askaig 100 Proof is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 57.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Golden in colour, it combines sweet fruit character with smoky peat. The nose brings meaty aromas, cooked ham, burning paper, sea spray and mineral notes. Milk chocolate, cinnamon, liquorice and apple join a mineral, smoky palate with returning sweetness. The very long finish carries sweetness and spice, with cinnamon, five-spice, chocolate and apple.
