Port Askaig Sherry Cask is an Islay single malt that pairs peat smoke with sherry richness. It was matured in Oloroso sherry casks from the Spanish cooperage José Miguel Martín, and each batch is put together from just 20 casks.
It is bottled at 50.5% ABV, non-chill-filtered and with no added colouring.
Smoke from Islay runs through both the nose and the palate, alongside dark fruit, fresh citrus and chocolate.
