Port Charlotte Scottish Barley is a heavily peated Islay single malt made at the Bruichladdich distillery and bottled in 2015. It is bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. The peat is paired with a smooth sweetness and a full, rounded flavour. Tasting notes describe deep, earthy peat smoke with sweet malt and vanilla, then pepper, herbs and a hint of citrus. The finish is long, warm and smoky.
