Pursuit United Barrel Proof Triple Mash Rye Whiskey is a blended straight rye from Pursuit Spirits of Louisville, Kentucky, in a 70cl bottle. It combines three straight rye whiskeys from different mash bills and sources.
It is bottled uncut and unfiltered at barrel strength, usually around 120 to 122 proof, with the figure varying from batch to batch as each barrel matures to its own concentration.
The nose brings toasted marshmallow, dark sugar, citrus peel and baking spice. The palate has a crème brûlée crust, rye spice and candied citrus, finishing long and warming with spice, citrus zest and soft oak.
