The Triple Mash name refers to the blend: three distinct straight rye whiskeys, drawn from different mash bills and sources, are combined in a single bottling.
The nose brings lemon zest, vanilla cake, herbal tea and soft baking spice. On the palate come brown sugar, light pastry, citrus icing and mellow rye grain, followed by a clean finish with ginger warmth, chamomile and subtle spice.
