This is a 10 year old tawny port from Quinta do Noval, bottled in 75cl. The house was the first to put an indication of average age on blended tawnies, and it ages, blends and stores its wines at the Quinta in the Douro.
The port has a bright, shining tawny colour. Young, lively fruit sits alongside the dried-fruit character typical of tawny, including hazelnut.
On the palate it is rich and smooth, with an elegant structure and a long, lingering finish.
