This is a seven-year-old special reserve Slivovitz, a triple distilled plum brandy. It is made from mature plums grown in the orchards surrounding the distillery.
The spirit is aged in French oak barrels, which give it a well-balanced taste and a bright gold colour. It is bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle.
