Raasay 2021/2025 is a limited release single malt Scotch whisky, distilled in 2021 and bottled in 2025. It is a Marsala cask expression. The nose is sweet, with grape must, a light spice and violets. On the palate come stewed apple, ginger, maple syrup, sweet pear and balsamic vinegar. The finish is long, with a little smoke.
