Rabbit Hole Dareringer is a bourbon matured first in alligator char barrels and then in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
The second stage in sherry wood gives a sweet, balanced whiskey of medium body, best enjoyed neat.
Rich sherry aromas come with caramel and sweet cherry. The palate is fruity and nutty, with raisins, almonds and vanilla.
