A 12 year old Kentucky straight bourbon from Rabbit Hole Distillery, part of the Founder's Collection and bottled at 62.7% ABV.
It has a secondary maturation in new Brazilian oak barrels, traditionally used for ageing cachaça, which adds floral and aromatic notes. This is a numbered limited edition, supplied in a wooden box with magnetic front and back panels and topped with a heavy gold cork.
Golden amber in colour, it is described as having vanilla, toasted walnut, caramel and cherry on the nose, with ginger snaps, stone fruit, cinnamon and mint on the palate. The finish brings nutmeg, baking spice and tobacco leaf.
