This Founder's Collection edition from Rabbit Hole is a cask strength Kentucky straight bourbon, double oaked and bottled in a run of 2,200 bottles. Founder Kaveh Zamanian chose a handful of 15-year-old barrels from his personal collection for it.
The bourbon was aged for 15 years in new American oak, then given one more year in new Japanese Mizunara oak casks. Mizunara is a type of white oak that grows on the northernmost island of Japan, and it is more porous and delicate than European or American oak.
