Rabbit Hole Raceking is a 6-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon from Rabbit Hole Distillery in Louisville, released as a limited edition in a 750ml bottle. The name nods to the spirit of racing.
The mash bill includes malted barley, and the bourbon was matured in toasted and charred American oak barrels.
The nose is caramel, toasted grain, vanilla and light spice. The palate brings toffee, baking spice, honey and oak, and the finish runs medium to long, with lingering sweet spice, toasted oak and a hint of malt.
