The nose offers caramel, dark toffee and brown sugar, with vanilla bean, toasted oak, cinnamon, nutmeg, dried fruit, leather and a touch of dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied, with caramelised sugar, maple syrup and dark cherries, balanced by warming spices, charred oak and black pepper.
