Rebel Small Batch Reserve is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 110 proof. The name carries roots that go back to 1849.
It is a wheated bourbon made from corn, wheat and malt, blended in small batches from barrels picked by master distiller John Rempe. The wheat gives a softer, rounded profile.
The nose is led by honey, with vanilla and caramel underneath, and the finish is smooth and gently sweet.
