Redbreast 12 Years Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey from Midleton Distillery, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and distilled three times in copper pot stills.
The whiskey matured in a combination of American oak casks that previously held Bourbon and Spanish oak casks that held Oloroso sherry.
