Redbreast 15 Year Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in County Cork. It is aged for 15 years in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and ex-Oloroso sherry casks, and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The colour is deep amber. The nose offers vanilla, honey and oak, while the palate shows dried fruit, spice and a hint of smoke, with the sherry casks adding a subtle sweetness.
